Picks up with worse woman driver on Earth being attacked by psycho stuttering gas attendant, then being axed by pesky back seat driver. After the witnessing of the back seat urban legend killing, we are introduced to a group of preppy frat college students that begin talking about horror stories and urban legends. Since the movie's called Urban Legend that's how the killings are performed in this slasher-- the killer copying scary urban legends. How clever. Plenty of moments where someone walks backwards, turns around, overly loud dramatic note hits, and someone is there to scare them. Also has got plenty of Friday the 13th style killings, although the movie is actually worse than any Friday the 13th movie I've ever seen. Is there an urban legend about movies that suck this bad?
