Considered a cult classic, 'Weird Al' Yankovic's tour de force of stupidity is funny, but also pretty horrible. All the humor is based on scenes and actions so moronically stupid that you have to laugh at them, and/or cringe at them. As the name points out, Weird Al gets his hands on a UHF television station and delivers not-so-quality television that dares to be stupid. The programming becomes so popular that the big shot t.v. station owner of the town tries to put him out of business. The plot is extremely thin, and is just an excuse for presenting outrageous television show advertisements, but where else can you see Conan the Librarian, an animal expert throwing poodles out windows, and Wheel of Fish.
