JB: Navy Seals Sheen, Biehn, Paxton, and other cannon fodder, find stolen weapons while rescuing hostages. The next 2 hours are spent destroying them. Can you sense the plot weakness yet? Nothing surprising here, except that Biehn isn't a bad guy. Substandard acting (duh) and substandard writing make this a substandard film. Most notable for being mentioned in Clerks.

Shawn: Oooooooo.... Navy Seals! Boring even for an action movie, especially since everything about it is totally uninteresting, and since it is so badly made. And any movie that refers to Bill Paxton as "God" can't be good. Well, that about covers it. Stay away from this one.
