Limey, The (1999)

Terence about to bust a cap Don't mess with the Limey - He mess you up good.

Shawn

Starts with an odd filming style-- flashes of images and scenes in slow motion, without adhering to a chronological timeline. Loosens up a bit when we are brought up to speed with the story. A British bloke (Stamp) straight out of prison, blames a big shot rock music producer (Fonda) for the death of his daughter. His mission: fly to L.A., track down Fonda, and kill him. Cops and hired killers get thrown in the mix to spice things up. And Bill Duke is in the movie! Best part of The Limey has got to be the story telling style that Soderbergh uses. Refreshingly different. Plus ½ star to this just for the cool style, and 'cause Terence Stamp is one bad mutha.
